If you've worked with WIA for years or are a brand new customer, you need to create an account the first time you log in to License Link Plus.

WIA Frequency Coordination customers can request cancellation of the processing of their application prior to the start of the coordination process, and no coordination fees will be charged. WIA will issue a refund of the coordination fees when applications cannot be coordinated and submitted to the FCC and, therefore, must be terminated or “returned” to the applicant.

WIA may charge a $100 administrative fee for applications below 470 MHz and a $175 fee for applications above 470 MHz when coordination is initiated, but the coordination process cannot be successfully completed. FCC licensing is not guaranteed. Once an application is filed with the Federal Communications Commission, WIA will only issue refunds in cases where the license is not granted as a result of issues controlled or created by WIA. WIA will provide our best efforts on your behalf. The online system will automatically charge the card on file for fees owed to the Federal Communications Commissions. In the case where the FCC fees are a result of an error on WIA’s part, WIA will refund these fees. WIA will provide refunds via check payment to the address on file. Refunds should be expected within 10 business days.
